Flawed Context.
For owners whose work is better than their reputation.
A homeowner judges you from a few reviews, a listing and the names beside you. They decide from flawed context, and it's the only context they get.
Each episode takes one piece of that context. You'll hear what it tells a homeowner, and what you can change. I make it for owners with a business worth protecting. I'll assume you already know how to run a job.
I'm recording the first episodes now. There's no date on this page, and that's on purpose. A rushed episode is worse than a late one. You'd hear the difference in five minutes.

Flawed Context can't be listed on these until its first episode is out. Each one reviews it after that, so the buttons stay switched off for now. I'd rather show you a button that does nothing than one that leads nowhere.
/ What Flawed Context covers
Six things a homeowner checks, and what each one is worth.
These six are what Flawed Context works through. Reading a company as a homeowner would, I weigh each one out of 100. The number beside it is that weight. You can see where the weight sits before you spend a minute reading. Each one already has the common questions answered in the Playbooks.
What your reviews say
29Not the star average. How recently the last review landed, whether they describe the job or just say thanks, and what a nervous homeowner reads in the one that went wrong.
Read the questionsGetting found and getting called
21The listings that carry your name, the details search engines read behind the scenes, and every route a homeowner has to reach you at the moment of ringing.
Read the questionsYour Google listing
18Two of the three things Google uses to fill the map come off your listing. Your hours, your category, your photos, your posts, whether you ever claimed it at all.
Read the questionsThe rivals winning your area
12A homeowner never sees you on your own, but beside two or three others, and the ones actually winning are rarely the ones you would have named.
Read the questionsHow you answer
10A calm, specific reply to the review that went wrong is often the most read thing on your listing, and the one an anxious homeowner weighs heaviest.
Read the questionsWhat your website has to prove
10By the time a homeowner reaches your site the decision is already half made. What it has to do is confirm the decision, quickly, on a phone.

/ Who is making it
Why this is worth an hour of your drive.
I'm Raman Arunsi. Since 2019 I've taught 500+ owners and operators in Home Improvement. After class, owners tell me about the jobs they lost. They usually have a theory about why.
Then I look at what the homeowner actually saw. I created Chalkline Reports to read a company that way. The two stories rarely match, and Flawed Context lives in the gap between them.
Be told when the first one lands.
One note from me when there's an episode to hear. No schedule, and nothing in between you didn't ask for.
